Reformer Pilates is a Pilates class that takes place on a specialised, spring resistance Pilates Reformer bed (yep, you read that right - who knew you could get such a great workout without getting out of bed?) This class has lots of fluidity and flow to tone your body and give you a feeling of strength and freedom.
Suitable for beginners, new mums, mums to be and those with managed injuries.

If you are looking to level up your movement routine, Athletic Reformer Pilates is your new go to!
Athletic Reformer is a high-performance workout, thanks to the added resistance from the springs, dumbbells, and incredible range of exercises that can be performed on the Pilates Reformer bed.
Reasonable level of fitness required, Reformer Pilates experience recommended.

Mat Pilates emphasizes controlled movements performed on a mat, utilizing your own body weight for resistance. This workout is designed to strengthen the core muscles, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.

SB’s Signature Sculpt Class is a fusion of Pilates, Barre, and Strength exercises designed to strengthen and tone your whole-body using heavier resistance in a series of Power Flows performed slow and controlled with focus on form.
Class involves performing a series of repetitive movements incorporating the use of resistance bands, dumbbells and weighted beams.
Reasonable level of fitness required, Pilates experience recommended.

Imagine floating weightless in a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling as you flow freely through the space performing weightless Yoga moves and poses, under the careful and guided instruction of our skilled instructors. Flow deeper into stretches and holds whilst the silk hammock cradles your body providing much needed support, allowing gravity to slowly decompress joints and provide length to your spine.
– Low to medium intensity/no impact.
– Exercises performed in a silk hammock.
– Focus on strength and flexibility without the added pressure on your shoulders, spine or head.
– Stretch and lengthen the core.
– Yoga and Aerial Yoga in-particular is promoted as benefiting emotional, psychological and spiritual health.

The Pilates Suspension Method is taking Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Chair exercises to the TRX. This whole body workout will have you working up a sweat and challenge those stabilizing muscles while suspended! Focus on strengthening the body's 'Powerhouse', a traditional Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. (not recommended for our prenatal clients or beginners to Pilates)
