MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Welcome to the sky barre family! So, you have started a membership with us, committing to a contract involving weekly payments debited from either your credit card or bank account each fortnight in exchange for classes at sky barre.

Memberships start on the day that you sign up and your payment will be taken that day each fortnight. For example, if you sign up on a Monday, you will have a direct-debit each fortnight on a Monday.

All memberships have a minimum initial term of 6 months. Class packs of 5, 10 & 20 passes available.


UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE MEMBERSHIP

To upgrade or downgrade your membership, please provide at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled direct debit by emailing the team.

CANCELATION OF MEMBERSHIP

You may terminate your membership at anytime after your initial 6 month period. Please provide at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled direct debit date by emailing the team.

AUTO PAYMENTS

It is the members responsibility to ensure the scheduled direct debit is successful each fortnight. If the funds are not available QuickPay will make a second attempt within the 24-hour window, if the funds are still not available there will be fee applied by QuickPay.


CLASS PASS

5 Class Pass expires 3 months from the date of purchase.

10 Class Pass expires 6 months from the date of purchase.

20 Class Pass expires 12 months from the date of purchase.

Single Pass expires 1-month after purchase.


INTRO OFFER

Intro Offers are available for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise, and is only available to new clients to sky barre.

REFUND POLICY

Class bookings that result in a late cancel or no-show will forfeit the class. If you do not book in and the class is full, there is no guarantee that you will be able to participate in that class.

Any missed classes or classes that have not been used during the billing cycle cannot be refunded.

All memberships are paid for in advance, so please allow at least 3 days for terminations.

Class packs are non-transferrable between holders, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, shared, provided, or otherwise transferred to any person other than the purchaser.  

Each class pass/pack contains a strict expiry date.  If the number of classes for which the class pack entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before the expiry date, then those classes will expire, and no refund will be given for any unused classes. Remaining credit may however be redeemed in sky barre products such as Activewear, Merchandise or socks.

CLASS CANCELATIONS

A minimum of 2 people is required for a class to proceed.

sky barre reserves the right to change and cancel teachers, classes, workshops, events without prior notice and may introduce fees for late cancels or no-shows at anytime by providing notice via email, text message or push notifications through the Sky Barre App.

If you fail to cancel your class before the 2-hour cancellation window and are a no-show, you will automatically be charged a $5 no-show fee. If you late cancel, inside the 2-hour window more than 3 x within a fortnight, you will be charged a $5 late-cancel fee.

Class booking are made online or via the sky barre app. Payment must be made prior to booking and membership payments must be up to date. To book a class, you must have pre-paid sessions on your account.

If you are on a waitlist, please ensure you check your email prior to the class time as you will be emailed confirmation if you have been placed in the class, you will also receive a notification to your sky barre app. If you can not attend the booked class, please cancel via the sky barre app, or contact the team. info@skybarre.com.au
